 Do you know how much sleep do you need according to your age?
 Getting enough sleep is one of the most important aspect for human health. About 40% of adults suffer from insomnia. It's important to make sleep a priority in our life. Here is how much sleep you need per day according to your age:
  • (0 - 3 months) needs about 14 - 17 hours.
  • (4 - 11 months) needs about 12 - 15 hours.
  • (1 - 2 years) needs about 11 - 14 hours.
  • (3 - 5 years) needs about 10 - 13 hours.
  • (6 - 13 years) needs about 10 - 13 hours.
  • (14 - 17 years) needs about 8 - 10 hours.
  • (18 - 64years) needs about 7 - 9 hours.
  • (65+ years) needs about 7 - 8 hours.
 The lack of getting enough sleep can cause issues like: weight gain, weakened immune system, hypertension, high blood pressure, loss of memory, stroke, heart diseases and many other serious problems.
